I think the next step should be starting to address the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about Power Tracs.  Because of the number of FAQs, they need to be put into logical categories to make it easier to find the answer(s). 

What do you think would be the best categories to use? 

Anyone have any suggestions here on how to best categorize FAQs? 

I think I've just about figured out the quirks on the software I'll use -- I am now testing a bug fix on searching...

So, it'll soon be time to start building them.  Someone (can't remember who) said they were going to start gathering some FAQs -- I'd love to have some help, and some input!
